Claire is an experienced regulatory criminal defence lawyer who advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious issues. Notably, Claire's recent work includes taking a leading role in the work of the team representing a corporate core participant in the Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry.

Claire advises clients at all stages of regulatory investigations from crisis management, initial interactions with regulators, investigations, interviews under caution, enforcement notices and appeals through to representation at criminal proceedings and inquests. 

Anthony's considerable risk management expertise spans multiple sectors and roles, including head of corporate H&S & business continuity for a London local authority and Group Risk Manager for a global tour operator. Anthony was until recently the Director of H&S for Avison Young. 

Anthony also chairs the RICS Group Advisory Board. He has been lead technical editor for a number of RICS publications, including Surveying Safely. He is also the Senior Technical Advisor for Building Safety Management Solution. 

 

With an impressive background in residential property management, Andrew is an experienced advisor, regularly liaising with Government and stakeholders to improve the competence and behaviours of property management professionals.

Previously RICS UK Residential Director, Andrew was responsible for standards and guidance for all UK Chartered Surveyors working in the residential sectors. Andrew is also a media spokesperson for programmes such as The One Show, BBC Breakfast, Sky News, R5 Live and BBC News.
